The straight answers
Our standard setup requires a minimum of 18 feet wide × 18 feet deep × 10 feet tall. Most hotel ballrooms, office conference rooms, garages, and patios can accommodate this. We'll confirm your space requirements when you book. Outdoor setups with a tent or covered area also work great.
Yes — everything is included. We bring a full set of premium clubs (drivers, irons, wedges, and putter), tees, impact screen, hitting turf, projector, and all required cables and equipment. Your guests show up and play.
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up, and we pack everything down after the event ends. Teardown typically takes 30–45 minutes. You pay only for the hours your guests are playing — not for our setup/teardown time.
The simulator and electronics cannot get wet, so outdoor events do require a covered area (tent, patio cover, garage, etc.). We check the weather 48 hours before your event and will work with you to find a solution if needed. Indoor events have zero weather risk.
Our simulator features 140+ world-famous courses including Pebble Beach, Augusta National (Masters course), St Andrews (Old Course), TPC Sawgrass, and many more. We also have shorter game modes, closest-to-the-pin, longest drive, and target challenges for non-golfers.
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event. Full refund up to 14 days before the event; weather cancellations are always free to reschedule. We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and Venmo/Zelle for personal events. Corporate invoicing available for business bookings.
We serve all of the DFW Metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Arlington, and surrounding areas within 50 miles. A travel surcharge applies for events beyond 50 miles from our home base in Fort Worth. Contact us for a quote.
Absolutely. Every booking includes a trained on-site attendant who manages the technology, helps guests get started, runs competitions, and keeps the energy high throughout your event. You focus on your guests — we handle the tech.
Yes — this is one of our favorite things about simulator golf. Complete beginners love it because they get instant feedback and quick wins. Experienced golfers love the swing data and course accuracy. Multiple difficulty modes ensure everyone has fun.
Yes — we offer custom event branding including your company logo on the screen between shots, custom leaderboard headers, and branded score printouts. This is a popular add-on for corporate events and is great for client appreciation or trade show appearances.
